business changes issue n.4 - online shop
The online revolution is changing the idea of sales, starting from the rapid growth of format to the consumption habits. We can almost talk of merger between physical and virtual worlds... they have become complementary. They are supporting each other.
The main change lies in the web. All those people who have believed in the potential of "websystem" have invested in it and often also received satisfaction. Looking to stave off the discount spectrum, it has been defined as "alternative channel", 24hours, and available worldwide.

The most interesting examples in my opinion are:
LuisaViaRoma and Net-a-porter: that have created their own world
Twin-set: romantic and idyllic layout
Boutiques: wonderful Google concept, it's possible to match image and style. I love it!
La rivoluzione dell’online sta trasformando il concetto di vendita, partendo dai moltiplicarsi di formati fino ad arrivare alle abitudini di consumo. Si può quasi parlare di fusione tra realtà fisica e virtuale… i due mondi sono diventati complementari, uno a supporto dell’altro.
Il principale cambiamento risiede proprio nel formato, chi crede nelle potenzialità di questo “sistema” in esso ha investito e spesso ricevuto anche soddisfazione. Allontanato lo spettro del discount è stato definito come “il canale alternativo”: acceso 24h su 24, disponibile worldwide.
